Trade accounts
All buyers must hold an approved trade account and a valid resale or tax certificate. Venturant does not sell to end consumers.
Pricing & minimums
Wholesale prices are net, in USD, and subject to change without notice. Minimum opening order is $500. Volume discounts available — contact your account manager.
Payment terms
First-time orders are prepaid. Net terms may be extended after credit review. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Shipping
Stock orders ship within 2–5 business days via insured carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer at delivery to the carrier.
Returns
Stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for credit, in original condition with all packaging and certification. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable.
Warranty
Manufacturing defects are warrantied for 12 months from delivery. Stone replacement and resizing services are available at preferred rates.

All designs, images, and copy on this site are the property of Venturant Jewelry and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for authorized resale of purchased product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
